Responsibilities
What you will own at Agintex

Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and market research to support client engagements and internal strategy

Analyze AI and technology trends across sectors including fintech, healthcare, retail, industrial, and enterprise

Build structured research reports, briefings, and data summaries that are clear and immediately actionable

Support the AI Solutions and Client Success teams with pre-engagement intelligence and sector-specific context

Maintain an internal knowledge base of industry benchmarks, AI use cases, and technology benchmarks

Track competitive landscape across AI vendors, consulting firms, and technology platforms
-
Synthesize findings from primary and secondary sources into concise, visual-ready formats
-
Assist with data analysis tasks using Python, SQL, or BI tools to support client deliverables
-
Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership content grounded in research findings
Qualifications
What we are looking for

2 or more years of experience in market research, technology research, data analysis, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker

Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise, structured outputs
-
Excellent written communication with a clear, confident voice in research reports and briefings

Familiarity with AI concepts, LLMs, machine learning, and the modern AI vendor landscape

Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple research workstreams simultaneously
-
Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in how technology is reshaping industries

Experience with research tools such as Crunchbase, CB Insights, Statista, or similar platforms

Salary and Position Details

Position: AI and Data Research Analyst (Full-Time)

Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA preferred)

Salary Range: $95,000 to $125,000 per year
