By accessing or using CVJet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

CVJet is an AI-powered resume building platform that enables users to:

• Create and edit professional resumes
• Use AI assistance to improve resume content
• Tailor resumes for specific job applications
• Choose from multiple professional templates
• Export resumes as PDF documents
• Track job applications

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use CVJet to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

You retain ownership of the content you create using CVJet, including your resumes and professional information. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Display your content back to you within the application
• Create backups for data protection purposes

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create.

Our service uses AI to suggest resume improvements and generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are provided as recommendations only
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Final resume content is your responsibility

CVJet offers a limited free preview and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions to CVJet are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your CVJet account. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.

If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please login to your account and select Settings → Change Plan. Your subscription will renew at the downgraded plan on the next payment date.

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product/service, we request that you contact our support team. During this process, we ask that you provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our service remains at the highest standard.

CVJet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our templates, designs, and AI systems remain our exclusive property.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Using our resumes will result in job offers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVJet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
