Viyahe is expanding its remote team with a Business Intelligence Analyst working across technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent support, business travel, traveler service, software, data, and digital operations. The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates based in Colorado.

What You'll Work On

Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from approved spreadsheets, databases, reports, and business systems in the Business Intelligence Analyst role at Viyahe.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Business Intelligence Analyst role at Viyahe.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel technology and traveler support in this Business Intelligence Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Viyahe team as part of Business Intelligence Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel technology and traveler support in the Business Intelligence Analyst role at Viyahe.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Business Intelligence Analyst responsibilities at Viyahe.

What You'll Bring

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Business Intelligence Analyst opening at Viyahe.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
