Job Summary
Draftomat is looking for a Data Analyst to contribute to customer service, scheduling, gardening and landscape-related operations, order coordination, project support, and vendor administration. You will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Main Duties

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to customer service, scheduling, gardening and landscape-related operations, order coordination, project support, and vendor administration from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Data Analyst role at Draftomat.

Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Data Analyst role at Draftomat.

Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across customer scheduling and service operations in this Data Analyst position.

Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Draftomat team as part of Data Analyst work.

Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting customer scheduling and service operations in the Data Analyst role at Draftomat.

Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Data Analyst responsibilities at Draftomat.
What We're Looking For

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Data Analyst opening at Draftomat.

Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.

Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.

Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
