We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to help drive business decisions and improve operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create reports, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives through analytical reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
Understanding of data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data validation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience working in an Agile environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
