In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. Your Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Data Analyst role at Shroff Travel.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Data Analyst role at Shroff Travel.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across ticketing, tours, and travel sales in this Data Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Shroff Travel team as part of Data Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting ticketing, tours, and travel sales in the Data Analyst role at Shroff Travel.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Data Analyst responsibilities at Shroff Travel.

What You'll Bring

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Data Analyst opening at Shroff Travel.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
