What You'll Support

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to recruiting and people operations for a travel distribution and ecommerce organization, along with customer and business support from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Data Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Data Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across recruiting and travel-business support in this Data Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Talento PriceTravel Holding team as part of Data Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting recruiting and travel-business support in the Data Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Data Analyst responsibilities at Talento PriceTravel Holding.

Experience & Skills

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Data Analyst opening at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
