About The Opportunity
Smartly Technologies is adding a Data Quality Analyst to its team supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, software and web delivery, technical support, systems, data, projects, and customer service. The Data Quality Analyst will improve the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of business data. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.
What You'll Work On

Review datasets and records for completeness, validity, duplicates, formatting errors, and inconsistent values in the Data Quality Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.

Run data-quality checks and document exceptions using approved rules, thresholds, and validation procedures as part of the Data Quality Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.

Investigate the source of recurring data issues and coordinate corrections with the appropriate data owners across managed IT and technical delivery in this Data Quality Analyst position.

Maintain issue logs, data-quality metrics, validation results, and remediation status for the Smartly Technologies team as part of Data Quality Analyst work.

Support data cleanup, standardization, reconciliation, and controlled correction activities while supporting managed IT and technical delivery in the Data Quality Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.

Recommend practical process changes that reduce repeated data-quality problems as part of day-to-day Data Quality Analyst responsibilities at Smartly Technologies.
Skills & Experience

Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, or data-quality processes for the Data Quality Analyst opening at Smartly Technologies.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate discrepancies methodically.

Comfort using validation rules, filters, formulas, queries, or quality-control tools.
