Pay: $75,000 / year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Performs ad-hoc analysis to identify the root cause of trends in business performance

Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with business stakeholders

Communicates findings and recommendations to business leaders through data visualizations and reports

Writes code to transform raw data into clean, structured, and reliable data sets for analysis

Builds and maintains automated business intelligence dashboards and reports

Documents data sources, models, and metrics to maintain a trustworthy data ecosystem

1-3 years of experience in an analytical role. Foundational skills in statistics, SQL, and a programming language like Python or R are required

An advanced degree can often substitute for 1-2 years of work experience
Knowledge:

Foundational knowledge of statistics, probability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business;

Foundational knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Python or R for statistical analysis

Ability to communicate findings clearly through data visualization and written reports
