Qualifications:

Experience with dental insurance billing, claims follow-up, and accounts receivable management
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
Strong understanding of insurance verification, claim denials, and appeals processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding balances and payment plans
Experience reconciling aging reports and reducing outstanding balances
