Job Description

**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

You'll partner with patients, families, and colleagues to deliver comprehensive nutritional care—from conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalized nutrition diagnoses to implementing dynamic care plans, providing engaging counseling and education, and celebrating positive health outcomes. Qualifications

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

**$10,000 Sign-on Bonus Included**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or related field with completion of an ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and supervised practice program (dietetic internship) required if Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential was obtained prior to January 1, 2024, and credential is active and issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

  • Master's Degree required with Bachelor's in Dietetics or related field with completion of an ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and supervised practice program (dietetic internship) if initial registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is effective on or after January 1, 2024.

  • Advanced Practice Certification preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; comprehensive understanding and application of medical terminology.

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions; competency in performing arithmetic calculations.

  • Advanced computer skills and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with medical, nursing, and other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.

  • Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian in a healthcare setting preferred.

**CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:**

  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

Additional Information

  • $10,000 Sign on Bonus

  • Supervision received from the Clinical Dietitian Supervisor

  • Responsibilities include comprehensive care for a wide variety of medical and surgical patients, and enteral and parenteral nutrition management.

  • Optional 4-day work week

  • Flexible work hours
