We're hiring an Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to help turn raw business data into insights our teams can actually act on. You'll pull and clean data, build reports, and work with stakeholders across the business to answer their questions.

What You'll Do

• Write SQL queries to pull and validate data

• Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Power BI or Tableau)

• Spot trends and patterns, and explain what they mean in plain language

• Work with senior analysts and business teams to scope out data requests

• Keep reporting logic and data definitions documented

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Comfortable writing SQL queries (joins, filters, aggregations)

• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or Tableau

• Good communication — able to explain findings to non-technical people

• Detail-oriented, curious, eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Basic Python or R

• Internship/project experience with real data

• Certifications (Google Data Analytics, ECBA, etc.)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
