Role Summary

Customand has a remote opening for a Entry-Level Data Analyst supporting moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations. In day-to-day work, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Handle

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Customand.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Customand.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across moving, scheduling, and relocation operations in this Entry-Level Data Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Customand team as part of Entry-Level Data Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting moving, scheduling, and relocation operations in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Customand.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Entry-Level Data Analyst responsibilities at Customand.

What You Need

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Entry-Level Data Analyst opening at Customand.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
