The Role

Fly My Group is hiring a Entry-Level Data Analyst to work across group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations. This role is centered on work where you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Manage

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Fly My Group.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Fly My Group.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across group airfare and traveler operations in this Entry-Level Data Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Fly My Group team as part of Entry-Level Data Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting group airfare and traveler operations in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Fly My Group.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Entry-Level Data Analyst responsibilities at Fly My Group.

What We're Looking For

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Entry-Level Data Analyst opening at Fly My Group.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
