About This Role
Seronda Network is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to contribute to brand awareness, reputation, communications, public relations, customer engagement, events, and marketing support. In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Your Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to brand awareness, reputation, communications, public relations, customer engagement, events, and marketing support from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Seronda Network.

Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Seronda Network.

Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across communications, reputation, and events in this Junior Data Analyst position.

Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Seronda Network team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.

Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting communications, reputation, and events in the Junior Data Analyst role at Seronda Network.

Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Seronda Network.
