Your Day-to-Day

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to leisure and corporate travel, trip planning, bookings, tours, payments, customer service, and travel operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel booking and customer service in this Junior Data Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel booking and customer service in the Junior Data Analyst role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

What We're Looking For

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
