About The Position

Start Club Corp is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to support brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications. This role is centered on work where you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Junior Data Analyst role at Start Club Corp.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Junior Data Analyst role at Start Club Corp.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across marketing, research, and events in this Junior Data Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Start Club Corp team as part of Junior Data Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting marketing, research, and events in the Junior Data Analyst role at Start Club Corp.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Junior Data Analyst responsibilities at Start Club Corp.

What We're Looking For

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Junior Data Analyst opening at Start Club Corp.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
