*This position is onsite at our New Rochelle, NY office on our hybrid schedule.

Position Purpose:

The Product Data Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely creation, Maintenance, and management of codes for both new and existing products. This includes creating and updating both print and digital codes to ensure that codes are properly maintained across all systems.

This position works closely with Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and Technology to support product needs, resolve code-related issues, and ensure accurate product information. The analyst also manages tickets, troubleshoot issues that are reported by customers, and helps identify opportunities to improve code-related processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product codes based on launches, changes, updates, and business requirements.

  • Ensure codes are created accurately and within established timelines.

  • Review code-related data and information to identify errors, discrepancies, and recurring issues.

  • Build report on code and product changes throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to code creation and updates.

  • Partner with Technology, warehouse and Customer Service to resolve technical and customer-facing issues.

  • Test solutions from Technology and confirm that issues have been successfully resolved.

  • Communicate updates, questions, and resolutions effectively across departments.

  • Assist with special projects and process improvements related to code management.

Job Requirements / Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or another relevant quantitative discipline.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Demonstrated expertise with Excel functions, formulas, filtering and sorting, text-to-columns, data validation, pivot tables, and data analysis.

  • Experience with MSSQL or other database/query tools is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with large sets of data and data ambiguity.

  • Extreme attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to understand detailed information while also recognizing the broader business implications and impact.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

*The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
