Flooring Systems, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Project Manager.

Flooring Systems is a leading commercial Flooring Company in the Midwest performing carpet, resilient, hardwood, and ceramic installation.

Communication, organization, and teamwork are key attributes required in this position. Knowledge and understanding of the commercial construction process are a plus.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

· Review contracts

· Review estimates for actual quantities

· Set up jobs in Project Management System

· Obtain submittals as required

· Order and track materials

· Provide customer delivery dates

· Take-off and price change orders

· Coordinate installation with the customer

· Oversee installation in the field

· Create invoice for work complete

· Complete closeout documents as required

Job location: Saint Louis, MO.

Drug Test and Background check required.
