Position Summary

Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Reporting Analyst across its staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service. As the Reporting Analyst, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Own

Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service in the Reporting Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across recruiting, client, and business services in this Reporting Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Hustle Notice Biz team as part of Reporting Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting recruiting, client, and business services in the Reporting Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at Hustle Notice Biz.

What We're Looking For

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Hustle Notice Biz.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
