The Opportunity
Lorygen Group is adding a Reporting Analyst to work across digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery. The Reporting Analyst will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery in the Reporting Analyst role at Lorygen Group.

Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Lorygen Group.

Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across digital services and customer delivery in this Reporting Analyst position.

Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Lorygen Group team as part of Reporting Analyst work.

Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting digital services and customer delivery in the Reporting Analyst role at Lorygen Group.

Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at Lorygen Group.
What You'll Bring

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Lorygen Group.
