Shroff Travel is recruiting a Reporting Analyst to work across air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations. In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. Your Responsibilities

Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations in the Reporting Analyst role at Shroff Travel.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Shroff Travel.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across ticketing, tours, and travel sales in this Reporting Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Shroff Travel team as part of Reporting Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting ticketing, tours, and travel sales in the Reporting Analyst role at Shroff Travel.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at Shroff Travel.

What You'll Bring

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Shroff Travel.
Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
