Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from leisure and corporate travel, trip planning, bookings, tours, payments, customer service, and travel operations in the Reporting Analyst role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel booking and customer service in this Reporting Analyst position.

Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. team as part of Reporting Analyst work.

Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel booking and customer service in the Reporting Analyst role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

What We're Looking For

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
