The Position

Think Tell Junction is adding a Reporting Analyst to its team supporting communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination. You will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Contribute

Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination in the Reporting Analyst role at Think Tell Junction.
Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Think Tell Junction.
Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across communications, marketing, and events in this Reporting Analyst position.
Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Think Tell Junction team as part of Reporting Analyst work.
Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting communications, marketing, and events in the Reporting Analyst role at Think Tell Junction.
Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Reporting Analyst responsibilities at Think Tell Junction.

What We Value

Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Think Tell Junction.
