Reporting Analyst
Travoom
Job description
Why This Role Matters
Reporting Analyst is a hands-on support role at Travoom, focused on helping the team turn day-to-day business information into clean records, useful reporting, and dependable operational visibility. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Travoom.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
A typical workday may include reviewing incoming records for completeness, consistency, duplicates, or obvious errors; maintaining spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, CRM records, or other structured business data; and investigating routine discrepancies and documenting corrections or escalation needs. You will also be expected to keep track of open work by summarizing trends, status, or quality findings in a format other teams can use.
What Success Looks Like
Records are reliable, recurring reports are easy to use, discrepancies are documented, and teams can make decisions without first cleaning the underlying information.
What You Bring
-
High attention to accuracy and consistency.
-
Comfort with spreadsheets, structured records, and recurring reports.
-
Ability to spot missing or unusual information.
-
Clear documentation of changes and assumptions.
Because this is specifically a
Reporting Analyst
position, the successful candidate should be comfortable applying these habits to the responsibilities implied by the role title rather than treating the work as generic administrative support. Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.
The Basics
Full-time. 100% remote within the United States. Associate level. Base compensation: $55,000–$78,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
