Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Solutions Specialist with hands-on Enterprise Financial Management/ERP implementation experience to serve as a techno-functional leader bridging finance, business, and technology.
This position is ideal for someone who understands both sides of an ERP implementation: the technical architecture and configuration required to deliver the solution and the finance and business processes the technology must support.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Certinia ERP and/or PSA, multiple implementation initiatives, finance and accounting processes, integrations, application administration, and stakeholder engagement.
Just as importantly, we're looking for someone comfortable working directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions, and leading business-facing discussions.
The role will help drive the evolution, integration, and management of Certinia ERP and PSA, encompassing solution architecture, technical support, application administration, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office and two days remote.
Duties
-
Collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to assess requirements and estimate solution complexity.
-
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Lead fit-gap analyses and provide recommendations regarding functionality, costs, risks, and implementation considerations.
-
Define and oversee custom solution architectures, including API and data integrations.
-
Guide development and troubleshooting activities to support high-quality solution delivery.
-
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Certinia applications supporting Finance.
-
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
-
Identify, recommend, and implement system enhancements.
-
Serve as a liaison between finance, business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
-
Lead and support continuous-improvement initiatives.
-
Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
-
Support change-management initiatives associated with system implementations and enhancements.
-
Develop training and documentation to support user adoption.
-
Provide advanced technical and application support.
-
Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation.
-
Help ensure solutions comply with applicable IT controls and security policies.
-
Work with internal teams and external partners or vendors to support successful delivery.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Approximately 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant Finance ERP/enterprise financial-management experience.

Experience working across multiple ERP or enterprise financial-management implementation initiatives.
-
Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.
