Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)

Lord & Sons is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. We are a construction retail supplier specializing in fasteners, lumber, steel, tools, and other construction-related products.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, label, and stock incoming inventory accurately

• Select and pull customer orders efficiently and accurately

• Package, prepare, and shrink-wrap orders for shipment

• Process and ship orders using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other freight providers

• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Support additional warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
