Description

NOTE: This position is required to be onsite in Temecula, Ca. The Associate Product Line Manager role encompasses responsibilities involving account, program, and operations management. They are responsible for managing all facets of their customer accounts and projects and driving the sales, engineering, and operations functions. This is a customer-facing role, and as such, it is key to the success of the business. Semiconductor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Customer account management - provide excellent customer service

  • Customer program management – manage all aspects of development programs

  • Operations management – work with operations to achieve committed business outcomes

  • Quote generation – work with sales and engineering to provide customer quotes

  • New customer onboarding – system setup & logistics

  • Operations management and materials tracking– ensure orders are executed through the foundry and through 3rd party service providers in a timely manner

  • Sales order creation, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition within the ERP system

  • Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts

  • Manage and monitor forecast updates weekly

  • Program management – create and execute product delivery schedules

  • Vendor Management – Procure and schedule 3rd party services as required

  • Operations management - WIP starts/changes in manufacturing execution system (MES), ensure timely lot execution through fab, customer order shipment

  • Escalate issues and concerns to senior management as appropriate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or higher

  • Minimum of 0-2+ years of account and/or program management experience in the semiconductor or a related industry

  • 0-2+ years of business experience in order management, customer service, sales, accounting, accounts/program management, or similar combination of roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

  • Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle PLM and Workstream or other foundry MES system a plus.

Work Environment

Work is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled, open cubicle setting. Frequent interruptions and conversational noise can be expected. This role may also require occasional work in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.

Compensation And Benefits

Skorpios embraces a Total Compensation philosophy that includes a base salary and eligibility for overtime for non-exempt roles.

Expected salary range: $70,000 to $90,000

, depending on qualifications and experience.
