About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong Rust experience and practical blockchain knowledge to join our growing technical team.

This is primarily a backend engineering role. You will build reliable backend services, REST APIs, integrations, data-processing workflows, and core application infrastructure.

Some areas may involve blockchain functionality such as transactions, wallet integrations, smart contracts, verification workflows, and distributed systems. However, this is not a purely Web3 or smart-contract-focused role.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain backend services using Rust
Build scalable REST APIs and service integrations
Work with databases, authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
Build asynchronous and event-driven backend workflows
Integrate third-party APIs and external services
Contribute to blockchain transactions, wallets, smart-contract integrations, and verification workflows
Design maintainable and scalable backend architecture
Write unit and integration tests
Troubleshoot performance, application, and infrastructure issues
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Take ownership of backend features from design through production

Requirements

Strong professional experience with Rust
Solid backend development experience
Experience building REST APIs
Good understanding of databases and data modeling
Experience with authentication, authorization, and backend security
Understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems
Experience integrating external APIs
Good software architecture and system design knowledge
Familiarity with Git, testing, and debugging
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Blockchain Experience

Practical blockchain experience is expected, but deep specialization in every Web3 technology is not required.

Relevant experience may include:

Blockchain transactions
Wallet integrations
Blockchain APIs and JSON-RPC
Smart-contract integrations
Digital signatures, hashing, and key management
Transaction validation
Blockchain nodes or infrastructure
Ethereum-compatible or other blockchain networks
Distributed systems

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Python or TypeScript
PostgreSQL
Redis and queues
Docker
Cloud infrastructure
Microservices
SaaS or B2B products
Workflow automation
Solidity or smart contracts
