Position Summary

Fireclay Corp is hiring a Data Analyst to collect, organize, validate, analyze, and communicate business or research information. The position supports software development, technical support, application delivery, systems, testing, and internal technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize data, requirements, or research information connected with software development, technical support, application delivery, systems, testing, and internal technology operations.
Clean, validate, or review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and unusual values.
Build or maintain reports, trackers, summaries, process maps, or analysis files.
Investigate trends, exceptions, workflow gaps, or research findings and document conclusions clearly.
Explain findings or requirements in concise updates for managers, clients, or project stakeholders.
Maintain clear source notes, definitions, and analytical documentation so recurring work stays consistent.

What You Bring

Strong analytical, spreadsheet, research, or business-analysis skills.
Careful attention to source quality, calculations, definitions, and documentation.
Ability to explain findings or requirements clearly to different stakeholders.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
For junior roles, relevant coursework, projects, internships, or transferable analytical experience can qualify.
