About The Position

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Data Engineer to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will design, build, test, and operate reliable data, analytics, AI, or software systems. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Your Day-to-Day

Design and implement production-quality technical components, services, pipelines, models, or platform capabilities in the Data Engineer role at BiyaheKo PH.
Translate requirements into technical designs, interfaces, tests, monitoring, and deployment plans as part of the Data Engineer role at BiyaheKo PH.
Write, review, test, and maintain code or configuration using established engineering practices across travel booking and agent support in this Data Engineer position.
Investigate defects, reliability issues, performance problems, and data or model failures for the BiyaheKo PH team as part of Data Engineer work.
Document architecture, operational procedures, dependencies, and important technical decisions while supporting travel booking and agent support in the Data Engineer role at BiyaheKo PH.
Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business partners to deliver measurable improvements as part of day-to-day Data Engineer responsibilities at BiyaheKo PH.

What You Bring

Relevant engineering, data, or software experience with hands-on use of the technologies required by the position for the Data Engineer opening at BiyaheKo PH.
Strong programming, debugging, testing, and technical problem-solving skills.
Experience with version control, cloud or platform services, data systems, CI/CD, or observability tools as applicable.
Ability to reason about reliability, scalability, data quality, security, and maintainability.
Clear technical communication and documentation skills.
