Job description
REQUIRED SKILLS

VERY strong in AWS: expecting someone who is extremely well versed- doesn’t necessarily have to have built in AWS from greenfield as long as they’re well versed in AWS data services and have extensive hands-on AWS experience

Glue, Athena, S3, Lake Formation, SageMaker, Kinesis, DMS, Redshift, or equivalent

Python, GoLang, SQL, Java or Scala

Primarily a Spark shop- don’t need to know PySpark specifically but equivalent

Heavy experience w/ big data
-
Need to be AI proficient (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)

Someone who can think 4 steps ahead – comfortable with strategy execution
