Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale.

We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

Why this role matters:

A complete product area is yours from day one, screen to database. You set the architecture, write the code, and lead the engineers building it with you.

The area is yours outright.

What you'll own:

• One complete product area, React screen to PostgreSQL row

• Two to four engineers: their code, their growth, their delivery

• Architecture decisions in your area, made by you and defended in review

Must have:

• Five years or more full stack in production: React front, Node backend on NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL

• You have led a small team and you still write code every week

• You have owned a flow where nearly right is not good enough: payments, scheduling or identity

• You have worked next to a mobile team through store releases; ours is Expo

• You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.
