Founding Product Manager - (Reports to CEO)

Help us build Quinn.

We're looking for one exceptional person to work directly with our CEO on product.

This isn't a traditional product manager role. It isn't a project management role. It isn't an analyst role. It's a builder's role. You'll help decide what Quinn ships, and then you'll help ship it, with your own hands.

On any given week you might sit in on customer calls, turn twenty conversations into one clear problem, write the spec for a new feature, work through a design with our designer, scope a build with our engineers, and push code to production before the week is out.

The work changes constantly because the product is constantly changing.

Quinn builds AI software that helps frontline companies train, develop, and measure workforce readiness. We work with some of the largest field service organizations in North America, and they tell us exactly what they need. Your job is to help us hear it, shape it, and ship it.

What You'll Do

Learn the product

Spend time with customers. Watch their teams actually use Quinn. Sit in on implementations. Analyze product usage. Read every piece of feedback. Ask great questions. The better you understand how operators really work, the better everything you ship will be.

Help us decide what to build

A lot of your job will simply be helping us make better product decisions. One week you might pressure-test a roadmap bet. The next you might write the one-pager for a new feature, figure out why something isn't getting used, or turn dozens of customer conversations into a product insight we hadn't considered before. We want an idea generator: someone who shows up with ten and knows which two are worth building.

Ship things

You'll ship code to production. Daily.

You don't need to be a classically trained engineer. Modern AI tools have collapsed the distance between a clear thought and working software. What's left is judgment, taste, and follow-through, and that's what we're hiring for.

Some ideas become prototypes you build yourself the same afternoon. Some become features you carry through eng and design. Some become entirely new parts of the product.

Own the follow-through

Shipping is the halfway point. You'll watch adoption, chase down why something isn't landing, and come back with a recommendation.

Who You Are

You're an entrepreneur, whether or not you've ever called yourself one.

You have unreasonably high agency. When you decide the world should look different, it starts looking different. You don't wait for permission, a spec, or a deadline.

You love building. Not the idea of building. The act of it. Your free time produces apps, tools, experiments, and side projects that real people have actually used.

You generate ideas constantly, and you've learned to tell the ones worth chasing from the ones that just sound good.

You might have just graduated. You might have spent a couple of years in product, engineering, design, or a startup of your own that didn't work out. We genuinely don't care about the resume shape. We care about evidence: things that exist because you decided they should.

You don't need experience in AI. You don't need experience in field services. We'd much rather teach you our industry than teach you how to think.

What Success Looks Like

After a year:

• You're the first person our CEO pulls into product conversations.

• You've shipped to production hundreds of times.

• Our engineers and designer want you in the room because you make their work better.

• Customers know you because you've watched their teams use what you shipped.

• Features you carried from idea to launch are in daily use in the field.

• You've owned more real product than most people get in the first several years of their careers.
