What you'll own:

• The specs and the acceptance for everything the teams build

• The daily thread with the Technical Project Manager and the leads, unblocked in hours

• The product story in the investor room, alongside the founders

Must have:

• Consumer product shipped to real people, and you can say what the numbers did after

• You have been the PM between a founder and an offshore team, and kept it honest

• A spec an engineer builds from alone, with acceptance criteria that end arguments

• A call with the India team every working day, and analytics you pull yourself

• You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.
