Full Stack Developer

We are a professional and agile technology company. We're rapidly evolving, so you must be willing to adapt to change fast. We use AI tools to enhance productivity, but strong foundational coding skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to write, debug, and architect code independently without AI assistance.

Duties

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express, and React/TypeScript

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power our platform

• Integrate and utilize AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI) for automation and intelligent features

• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining the ability to code without them

• Work within a monorepo architecture using Turborepo and npm workspaces

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper TypeScript typing

• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely solutions

• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability

• Implement security and data protection measures

• Participate in production deployments and system monitoring

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

Required Experience

• Strong independent coding ability — must be able to write, debug, and review code without AI assistance

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express for backend development

• Proficient in React with TypeScript for frontend development

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Experience working with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM services

• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) as productivity tools, not as a replacement for your own skills

• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases

• Familiarity with TanStack Router and TanStack Query (or similar data-fetching libraries)

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, VPC)

• Experience with process managers like PM2

• Comfortable with Bootstrap and responsive design

Nice to Have

• Experience with monorepo tooling (Turborepo, npm workspaces)

• Familiarity with Vite build tooling

• Experience with BullMQ or similar job queue systems

• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent development

• Knowledge of Apache reverse proxy configuration

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright)

• Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts

• Experience with OpenTelemetry/observability tools (SigNoz)

Note: During the interview process, you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to solve coding problems and explain technical concepts without AI assistance. AI tools are a productivity multiplier on our team, not a substitute for engineering fundamentals.
