We are seeking a Junior-to-Mid Level Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development, APIs, AWS, and large-scale data environments. The ideal candidate will primarily develop in Python and work with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, while contributing to the broader application stack as needed.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs, primarily using Python.
Develop and integrate APIs across AWS, Databricks, databases, and other systems.
Support applications and data environments involving large-scale datasets, including terabyte- and petabyte-scale environments.
Develop and support multi-tenant applications, with consideration for scalability, security, and data isolation.
Design and support event-driven systems, including asynchronous processing, messaging, and event-based workflows.
Work with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.
Troubleshoot and optimize application, API, data, and cloud performance.
Contribute to front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS as needed.
Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools, particularly GitHub Copilot, to improve development productivity and code quality.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of software development experience or equivalent demonstrated technical experience.
Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and cloud-based applications or data environments.
Experience working with large or complex datasets.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Production experience with AWS and Databricks.
Experience with petabyte-scale data, multi-tenant architectures, and event-driven applications.
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and application monitoring.
