Social Indoor is a rapidly growing nationwide out-of-home advertising company with digital and print advertising placements across high-traffic venues throughout the country.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help build, improve, and scale the technology behind our growing business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving existing systems, and building tools that make our teams more productive.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems.
Develop and improve APIs, backend services, and database architecture.
Build new features and improve existing products based on business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with leadership and internal teams to understand problems and develop practical technology solutions.
Take ownership of projects from planning and development through deployment and ongoing improvements.
Help improve internal tools and workflows used by teams across the company.
Participate in technical decisions around architecture, development practices, and new technologies.
Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the overall user experience.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Full-stack development experience.
Experience with ASP.NET Core and C#/.NET or similar backend technologies.
Experience with React and TypeScript or similar frontend technologies.
Strong SQL/database experience.
Familiarity with AWS or another cloud platform.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
A willingness to learn and work across different areas of the technology stack.

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, ECR, or ECS.
Experience with Docker.
Experience improving application performance or scalability.
Experience with authentication platforms such as MSAL, Auth0, or OIDC.
Experience working at a startup or rapidly growing company.
Experience building internal business tools or proprietary software.
A strong product mindset and interest in improving how users interact with technology.
