Role Description

The Group Product Manager – Cybersecurity is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision and roadmap across Volexity’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio. This role oversees multiple product lines, working closely with engineering, threat research, incident response, and sales teams to deliver high-impact capabilities that address emerging threats and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product discovery, gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining product requirements, and guiding products through the full lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration. The Group Product Manager will analyze product performance, use data and customer feedback to inform decisions, and ensure alignment with company strategy and revenue goals. This role also mentors product managers, fosters collaboration across teams, and represents the product vision with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Product leadership and strategy skills, including Product Management and Product Strategy, with experience defining vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for cybersecurity or technical products.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret product usage data, customer feedback, and market research, and translate insights into clear product decisions and priorities.

  • Team Leadership experience, including mentoring product managers, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving alignment among engineering, research, sales, and customer success teams.

  • Product Development expertise, including managing end-to-end product lifecycles, writing requirements, working with agile teams, and delivering high-quality releases on schedule.

  • Significant experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or incident response environments, with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer pain points.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior or group product management role; prior leadership of multiple products or product lines is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Business) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
