Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of

  full-time Data Engineering

  experience with strong technical leadership

• Expert-level

  Python, PySpark & SQL

• ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines & Data Integration

• Strong

  Azure / AWS / GCP

  experience

• Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, Microsoft Fabric

• AWS S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Lambda

  is a plus

• Strong

  Apache Spark, Spark SQL, Kafka & distributed data processing

• Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle

  or similar databases

• Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture

• Dimensional Modeling, Star/Snowflake Schema & Data Modeling

• Airflow / ADF

  for workflow orchestration

• Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Security & Data Lineage

• REST APIs, JSON, XML & system integrations

• Docker, Kubernetes, Git & CI/CD

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

  is preferred

• Experience with

  DevOps and MLOps/data platform practices

  is a plus

• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, Agile/Scrum & cloud architecture

• Ability to lead

  technical design, code reviews, architecture discussions and engineering teams

Leadership & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of

  scalable enterprise data platforms

• Define

  data architecture, engineering standards and best practices

• Mentor and guide Data Engineers and development teams

• Work closely with

  Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists and stakeholders

• Drive

  performance optimization, data quality, reliability and cost optimization

• Troubleshoot complex production and pipeline issues

• Participate in technical estimation, solution design and delivery planning

Preferred

• Strong

  MNC experience in India

  is highly preferred.

• Experience with

  large-scale enterprise data platforms

  is preferred.

• Candidates

  open to relocation

  are preferred.

• Candidates willing to work

  onsite for the initial 1–3 months
