**Title:**Principal Software Engineer
Job Description:
Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy in agile environment; build iManage’s modern risk & compliance products in AKS; mentor and drive small teams in agile environment as part of the engineering team; perform development of web-based software solutions primarily based on Microsoft technologies; write code that is configurable, reusable/modular, maintainable and unit tested; identify and correct issues that impact software performance, reliability, and scalability; perform code reviews to improve code quality; produce software and database designs using strong analytical and problem-solving skills; analyze written and verbal business requirements provided by analysts or Product Managers; participate in quality assurance, including system testing of the software developed when required; and manage software deployments and ongoing software support.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a substantially similar position.
Required experience must include seven (7) years of experience in all of the following: building software or applications with .Net; using high-level modern programming languages such as C# or Python; using relational databases and NoSQL systems; working with high-transaction systems, micro-services based distributed architectures, fault-tolerant designs, or data and system security; using Linux platform as development and runtime environment; and working exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build management within a Cloud/SaaS environment.

**Salary:**The annual base salary range for this position is $153,317 - $205,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.
