Salary Range:

Industry:

Equipment Financing / Financial Services

Experience:

About Us

We are a high-growth equipment financing startup led by an all-star senior management team with over 200 years of combined industry experience. We are building a modern, scalable technology platform to support rapid growth, deliver exceptional service, power smarter decision-making across the business — and this is an opportunity for you to help shape it!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of fintech, operations, and technology. This is a true builder's role — equal parts strategy and execution. You'll own translating business needs from sales, credit, operations, and finance into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and shipped features. This isn't a maintenance role: you'll be assisting in defining new features and capabilities from the ground up, partnering with engineering teams on complex releases, and helping drive our AI integration roadmap across the platform.

This role offers broad exposure across the business — a high-impact position in an environment that values practical problem solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll be a trusted partner to stakeholders at every level, keeping our platform aligned with business needs.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy

  • Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Know when a problem is best solved via development, integration, or process change — and make the case for the right path

Execution & Delivery

  • Run discovery with sales, credit, operations, and finance teams to understand pain points and identify solutions

  • Partner with engineering teams to scope, sequence, and ship features — managing complex releases from kickoff through rollout

Fintech & AI

  • Help drive the AI integration roadmap — identifying high-leverage use cases across underwriting, document processing, sales/marketing, and customer service, and shepherding them from pilot to production

  • Stay current on fintech and lending technology trends, and bring practical, buildable ideas back to the team

  • Ensure product decisions account for compliance, data integrity, and risk considerations inherent to financial services

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as the connective tissue between business and technology — communicating tradeoffs, timelines, and status clearly to leadership

  • Drive adoption of new features through documentation, training, and feedback loops with end users

  • Continuously improve platform usability, reporting quality, and process efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, financial services, or B2B SaaS

  • Proven ability to ship: you've taken features or products from discovery through launch and iteration

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, metrics, and making prioritization decisions under ambiguity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Working familiarity with Salesforce CRM/loan platforms, APIs and integrations, and agile development practices

  • Interest in applied AI and a practical view of where it creates real business value

  • Team-first mentality, comfort in a fast-moving startup environment, and a high degree of ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or credit/underwriting workflows

  • Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Platform Builder Certification

What We Offer

  • Base salary range: $110,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience

  • Bonus plan

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Generous PTO plus federal holidays off

  • Fully remote work (U.S.-based)

Why Join Us

  • Join a well-capitalized, high-growth startup with ambitious goals and strong leadership

  • Help build the technology foundation of a business designed for scale

  • Take a high-ownership role with broad exposure across operations and technology

  • Contribute at the intersection of product, financial technology, and AI

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
