About the Role
The Product Manager II will own assigned product features and product areas within Mytonomy’s patient education and engagement platform, supporting the development and optimization of solutions that improve patient engagement, education effectiveness, care adherence, and outcomes. Working closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will guide product initiatives from discovery through delivery, helping to shape innovative healthcare technology solutions, including AI-powered capabilities.
Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare providers, health systems, patients, and internal teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities to improve the patient journey.

Translate customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and product data into prioritized feature recommendations and roadmap inputs.

Use qualitative and quantitative data, experimentation, testing, and feedback to evaluate product hypotheses and improve product performance.

Support go-to-market planning and launch execution, including customer discussions, demos, training, success metrics, milestones, and deliverables.

Own delivery of assigned features from discovery through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, clinical, AI, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, validate, and optimize solutions.

Contribute to product strategy, business cases, opportunity assessments, investment recommendations, technology partnerships, integrations, and new customer use cases.
Requirements

Strong product management capabilities and understanding of healthcare technology platforms.

Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, data integration, interoperability, and software development methodologies.

Ability to use product analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven approaches to support decision-making.

Awareness of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, and their applications in healthcare.

Proficiency with tools that support product management, analysis, and collaboration.

Experience owning a product or multiple features from discovery through release.

Proven ability to launch enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and/or commercial impact.

Strong product development knowledge, including business cases, product plans, and customer engagement.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
