As a Product Manager,you will guide the strategy, growth, and performance of key product categories while leading new opportunities from concept through commercialization. They’ll translate customer and market needs into strong product direction, build a healthy new‑product pipeline, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure each product is positioned, priced, launched, and supported effectively making this a visible, high‑growth role for an ambitious commercial leader. What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy, portfolio management, and full lifecycle execution for assigned product categories.

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion through targeted product and commercialization initiatives.

  • Manage product line P&L performance, including pricing, margin optimization, forecasting, and business case development.

  • Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from opportunity identification through commercialization, ensuring strong VOC, robust business cases, cross-functional alignment, and successful market launch.

  • Build and prioritize a pipeline of new product opportunities informed by customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and adjacent market opportunities.

  • Develop business cases for new product investments, including market potential, revenue opportunity, pricing, profitability, and customer value.

  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, resolve barriers, and ensure new products meet market and business needs.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, value propositions, and launch plans that drive strong product adoption.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-the-customer (VOC) activities to shape product strategy and development priorities.

  • Monitor product and launch performance, market adoption, pricing effectiveness, and profitability to drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience on customer engagement, training, channel initiatives, and commercialization.

  • Support long-range portfolio planning, product roadmap development, and strategic investment recommendations.

  • Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and other strategic business initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Technical Sales, or similar commercial roles.

  • Experience working in manufacturing or B2B environments, including industrial or technical settings.

  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, or strategic growth programs.

  • Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.

  • Experience in fire suppression or life safety industries or other technical product sectors (preferred).

  • MBA or advanced business degree (preferred).

  • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, or P&L management (preferred).

  • Lead projects with strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely, high‑quality results.

  • Maintain a customer‑focused mindset paired with a strong growth orientation.

  • Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to advance product and business priorities.

  • Show high initiative, accountability, and a strong business ownership mindset in all responsibilities.

Location

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Manufacturing Facility located in Hazelwood, MO.
