About the role
We are looking for a user-centric, innovative, yet data-driven
Product Manager
to join our team and help shape the future of how people connect, share, and build community online. In this role, you will report into the Product Lead based in NY and support core product features on a platform where global users across cultures find community and build authentic connections.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution: Define the roadmap and execute from concept to launch for key features of our new product, specifically related to
social features
like activity feeds, sharing & engagement, messaging, reactions & comments, etc.

User Insight & Data: Engage in user research, analyze community feedback to understand what drives our users to connect and share, and translate data into effective product design

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Community teams to deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.

Social & Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social media trends, Gen Z/Millennial digital behavior, gamification, and creator mechanics to keep our product competitive and innovative.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of product management background. Experiences building 2C consumer products at a social media or community platform capacity is strongly preferred.

Innovative product thinking– you enjoy thinking out of the box and bringing new ideas to life on how a new generation of users present themselves, build meaningful relationships, and interact with each other.

Strong product sense with a data-driven mindset – you know what makes an app intuitive, engaging, and inherently shareable, but you build your decisions based on data, translating user research into actionable product hypotheses.

Excellent communication skills– you can explain product ideation and concepts to global stakeholders across functions.

A "get things done" attitude throughout changes– you thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and are comfortable managing ambiguity.
