Join the POS & In-store Customer Solutions team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work on moderately complex projects, cross-platform efforts with varying technology solutions (infrastructure, software, middleware, etc.). This candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure quality assurance activities are planned, executed, and the results are reported. In addition, the position will be responsible for the creation of automated test cases using Playwright with Typescript or C#.
Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL): To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL.

Your Impact

Design manual and automated test cases from user stories

Develop test scripts that ensure quality and functionality requirements are met

Build and enhance automated tests for CI/CD pipelines and new features

Execute manual and automated testing to support successful releases

Collaborate on code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous quality improvements

Validate results, track defects, and perform feature and regression testing

Partner with development teams to identify, investigate, and resolve issues
-
Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness
