Quality Control Technician — Entry Level (Hiring Immediately)

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift (2 positions): 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift (1 position): 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Weekend availability is required for all shifts

About the Job

Precise Personnel is hiring Quality Control Technicians for one of our client's production facilities. In this role, you'll check products as they're made to ensure they meet quality standards before they ship. No prior QC experience is needed — training is provided. If you do have QC or manufacturing experience, that's a plus and may qualify you for higher starting pay.

What You'll Do

• Check and inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards

• Fill out simple forms and checklists to record your work

• Check labels, seals, and packaging on finished products

• Let your supervisor know right away if something doesn't look right

• Help keep the production area organized and safe

• Follow all safety and cleanliness rules

What We're Looking For

• No experience required — willingness to learn is what matters most

• Basic computer skills

• Basic math skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good work ethic and reliability

• Able and willing to work weekends

• Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
