What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years in data or ML engineering, with a focus on end-to-end pipelines

• Strong Python or TypeScript development skills

• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

• Proactive, ideas-driven, and committed to engineering quality

• Experience mentoring junior engineers
