Engineer Up
Job description
Senior Product Manager based in the United States • Full-Time W2 or Contractor • Fully Remote (must work central time zone hours)
Who We Are
Engineer Up is a Microsoft Power Platform consulting firm specializing in enterprise-grade solutions. We partner with enterprise clients who have high expectations and high stakes, delivering robust, scalable implementations—no fluff. We're also a growing company with significant opportunity ahead. We're intentional about building a place where people are genuinely proud to work. The people who join us understand what it takes to build something great—and want a real hand in shaping it.
Who You Are
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution for digital health solutions, working closely with clients, engineering teams, designers, and other stakeholders to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable technology solutions.
A key component of this role will be understanding and managing integrations between healthcare applications and EHR systems. You don't necessarily need to have worked with a specific EHR platform, but you should understand the challenges associated with healthcare interoperability, data exchange, and integrating technology into existing clinical or operational workflows. This is a highly collaborative role requiring someone who can operate comfortably between business, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for digital health products and solutions.
-
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
-
Define MVPs, prioritize features, and make data-informed product decisions.
-
Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
-
Journey mapping across user groups, applying a test-and-learn strategy with A/B testing and product enhancements.
Digital Health & EHR Integration
-
Partner with healthcare stakeholders to understand clinical and operational workflows.
-
Lead product requirements for integrations and troubleshooting with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare applications.
-
Documenting integration patterns, workflows, and API usage guidelines.
-
Ensuring alignment between local teams and the product area vision.
-
Identify opportunities to improve the flow of information between systems while maintaining data quality, security, and usability.
-
Help translate technical integration capabilities into meaningful business and clinical outcomes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
-
Serve as a product subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
-
Collaborating with market teams on go-to-market planning.
-
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
-
Align stakeholders across clinical, operational, business, and technology teams.
-
Manage competing priorities and drive alignment toward product outcomes.
Delivery & Collaboration
-
Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and implementation teams throughout the product lifecycle.
-
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and product documentation.
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support development teams through delivery.
-
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively drive resolution.
-
Validate solutions with users and stakeholders to ensure they solve the intended problem.
What You Know (Qualifications)
