We are seeking a Senior Product and Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of Fixed Income Trading and eTrading platforms for the US.
This is a high-impact, front-office-facing role responsible for driving delivery while ensuring alignment with global technology and COO teams. The role requires close partnership with Trading desks, Business Management (COO), and distributed global development teams to deliver scalable, revenue-generating trading capabilities.
We are a results-oriented group looking for a highly organized, delivery-focused individual with strong communication skills, deep domain knowledge of fixed income products, and a proven ability to operate across business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced, global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy

Own the US product roadmap for Credit Trading and eTrading platforms

Align regional delivery with global platform strategy and architecture

Partner directly with Trading desks to define requirements and priorities

Work closely with the CIO and Business COO to establish and maintain a robust governance framework, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives through effective management of scope, budget, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

Represent US requirements in global forums and working groups and ensure alignment across regions
Delivery & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of US initiatives across trading platforms

Coordinate across global development teams covering eTrading, pricing, connectivity, and data

Manage prioritization, release planning, and delivery tracking

Resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks proactively
Global Alignment

Ensure consistency between US delivery and global platform evolution

Collaborate with global IT and COO teams on shared initiatives and change programs

Balance regional priorities with scalability and architectural integrity
Domain Leadership

Act as subject matter expert across fixed income trading workflows: RFQ, streaming, and portfolio trading

Provide deep knowledge of eTrading venues including MarketAxess, Tradeweb, and Bloomberg

Guide teams on pricing, liquidity, and execution models
Experience & Qualifications
-
15+ years’ experience leading large-scale technology transformation problems within capital markets front-office technology

Strong Fixed Income Credit domain knowledge - Investment Grade, High Yield, Emerging Markets essential

Proven track record delivering eTrading or trading platforms in a global environment

Experience managing regional delivery within global operating models

Excellent stakeholder management skills across trading desks, COO, and technology teams

Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and trading system workflows

Highly organized and delivery-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of eTrading protocols and venue connectivity (FIX, REST APIs)

Familiarity with trading platform architecture: OMS, EMS, pricing engines, and data feeds

Ability to engage meaningfully with development teams on integration design and delivery risk

Comfortable working across trading system workflows from order origination through to execution and post-trade
Strong Differentiator

Direct experience as a PM or product owner embedded with sell-side credit trading desks

Hands-on experience with MarketAxess, Tradeweb, or Bloomberg integrations

Exposure to pricing and risk platform delivery (spread, duration, curve, P&L)

Experience with portfolio trading or electronic RFQ platform development

Familiarity with the Ion Trading platform or comparable sell-side execution infrastructure

Experience operating within a global technology organization, balancing regional and global priorities
Business Knowledge

Fixed Income Credit trading system experience: flow IG/HY, RFQ, streaming, axes

Understanding of sell-side eTrading economics: hit rates, response times, venue selection

Knowledge of front-office workflows from trader tooling through to STP and post-trade reporting

Awareness of regulatory requirements relevant to electronic trading (MiFID II, SEC, FINRA)
